Stolt-Nielsen S.A., through its wholly-owned subsidiary Stolt-Nielsen Gas, Ltd., has agreed to acquire 82,557 cbm LPG carrier Althea Gas from IINO KAIUN KAISHA, LTD., a Japan-based company engaged in shipping business. Delivery to Stolt-Nielsen Gas Ltd. is scheduled to take place in early 2010.

Stolt-Nielsen is a UK-based provider of transportation services for bulk liquid chemicals, edible oils, acids, and other specialty liquids.
